The restaurant accommodates 500 people with facilities including a terrace and two VIP halls. In addition, there is Rose Bar Beach, Chilai Bar, Fish Box, Jini Coffee, where visitiors enjoy an uplifting music bouquet whilst sipping on refreshing cocktails, as well as a unique Event Hall project for holding celebrations and conferences in the complex.

During summer months you are welcomed to the Sea Breeze Resort Beach Club. In addition to the swimming pool and Caspian waters, jet skis and a full range of water sport activities are available to you.

The gymnasiums wil be located on the first floor level and for the exclusive use of Lighthouse residents. There will be gymnasiums equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, a spa area with massage services,sauna and hammam in the complex.

For those who thrive on a healthy lifestyle, activities offered by the Sea Breeze Health Club and Wellness Centre include outdoor yoga sessions, aqua aerobic classes and cross-fit activities.
